Well, I've outlined some ideas in general. But still don't know is it necessary to write them as a completed text or should I try to improvise?

Well, general rule is that you have to say it...You can write a few key phrases to start with...Later on you should be able to improvise, but only if you are comfortable with it. If you feel stressed or worried this is no good. It should be very close to your natural chatting mode. That's why practising in front of the mirror is so important...you've got a "listener" = "a friend" :-) You could also record yourself.

What about other "brusher-ups"? Not a word or perhaps are too busy..:-)

Ok, I'll move on it this weekend :-) This week turned out to be really busy.

Yes, for some reason I find this week pretty tiring, lack of energy and have one wish - to stay "Far from the madding crowd" (a novel by T. Hardy) = students:-))They are approaching their examination session - oral exams - and I hate chasing them up to complete their essays and tests :-((
So have to go now.

It's not a problem if you are reading the stimulus in the beginning. I hope that gradually you will get used to avoid looking at the text in front of you and your speech would be flawless and natural.
Just got back from the airport. The Ryanair flight was 20 minutes earlier as they usually try to get rid of their passengers as quick as possible:-))

I've already noticed a mistake. But thanks for explanations. Plurals are really my weak point.
THE news is I seems to have found the way to improve my spoken language. Surfing the Internet I've came across some non-virtual English communication clubs. One of them I visited yesterday. On the whole I liked it. I felt that a bit of practising will loosen my tongue :-)

About "commitment and focus"
To tell you the truth I don't like words from office plankton's vocabulary, such as goals, motivation, effective management and so on. They are hypocritical for me. I'd prefer to talk about it in terms of willing, word and deed. Cause I'm Russian foremost.

I personally prefer this one :" Actions speak louder than words"...

"...in terms of willinges, a/my/the word and action"
And what about another/alternative way of "reframing" your preference?

Action is better indeed. In all meanings :-) Willingness will do either :-)
